Transformation of the Day: Angela lost 34 pounds. With her 40th birthday on the horizon, she knew it was time to focus on her health. She got results by staying focused, eating clean, and working out.
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
Health is my motivation. I was about to turn 40 and knew I needed to make some changes. Plus, I was on medication for high blood pressure.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started the Herbalife nutrition program. Next, I started watching my proportions and ate clean 80% of the time.
What is your workout routine?
I work out 5-6 days a week. I do 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and 30-40 minutes of heavy lifting.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 202 pounds, and my current weight is 168 pounds.

From September 2022 to forever. I’ll never stop working on me ever again. I’ll do this as long as I’m able.

Consistency is KEY!!!!!
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Just do it. Set small goals and crush them. Stay focused and be disciplined.
You won’t always be motivated but show up anyway. It’s not a race, but slow and steady wins the race.
