My journey started on February 13th when I separated myself from friendships and anything that caused stress or was too distracting from my goals. This year, I have invested thousands on personal training, the peloton, and the semaglutide shots. However, the first half of the year was strictly personal training, weight training, and riding my bike.
The second half of the year was weight training, but in the last few months, my workouts were strictly on the Peloton bike. That’s how most of the weight that was stubborn fell off even quicker. How did you change your eating habits?
I used to eat out three times a day while living downtown and moved far, so now I eat anything I want in moderation.
How often do you work out?
I work out six days a week for 45-65 minutes and use my Peloton bike.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
Starting weight: 235 pounds
Current weight: 192 pounds
What is your height?
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The longer you take to lose weight and the more you keep gaining it back, the more health complications you will encounter.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
You have to make yourself start the process with no turning back and no delays. It’s a mental thing. Do it alone bc a partner usually falls off.
