What was your motivation?
Myself! My motivation was wanting to be happy with myself inside and out. My 2024 goal is to focus on consistency.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
How did you change your eating habits?
I followed the keto diet in the beginning.
What is your workout routine?
I did cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, and stairmaster.
How often did you work out?
I worked out anywhere from 5-7 days a week for a minimum of 2 hours each workout.
What was your starting weight?
My starting weight was 318 pounds.
What is your current weight?
My current weight is 250 pounds.

When did you start your journey?
It began in early 2019.
How long did your transformation take?
My transformation is still in progress because I want to lose an additional 51 pounds to be under 200 lbs.
