What does the 1-Year Warranty cover?
All defects in materials and workmanship. If your device malfunctions under normal use within 12 months, we replace it at no cost. Physical damage from misuse is not covered.
How do I return a product?
Email support@lookexcellent.com with your order number. We provide prepaid return labels for warranty claims.
