At LookExcellent, we want your beauty technology to arrive safely and efficiently.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $150 when available at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. LookExcellent is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears damaged in transit, contact us at support@lookexcellent.com with your order number. We will help you review the shipment and work toward a resolution with the carrier when appropriate.
International shipping
If international shipping is available at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
