Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times & Rates

• Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $150 · 7–14 business days
• Standard Shipping — Orders under $150 · $9.95 flat rate · 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping — From $19.95 · 3–5 business days (where available)

International Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Rates and times are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Results Guarantee

If you follow the recommended usage protocol and do not see visible improvement within 30 days, email support@lookexcellent.com with your order number for a full refund. No questions asked.

Standard Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns not covered by the Results Guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All devices are covered for defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase. Submit warranty claims with proof of purchase to support@lookexcellent.com.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Allow 3–10 additional business days for your payment provider to credit your account.
